When the city grows over itself, the conservation of listed properties comes in game, and sometimes, with certain conflict with the new planning.

On this occasion, the preserved façade gives us the public stage, and the extension of building permitted by urban plan is setback to respect the initial volume.
Rehabilitation provides an integral reform, starting with the foundations of the building, until the energy reform, providing the building of the highest quality and comfort. Updated techniques used in this project made possible to give to the building a car park at each flat, as well as the production of hot water community by means of geothermal pump.
